Does Wendy's Boutique deliver to international countries?

We ship from London, United Kingdom to any worldwide address (subject to applicable export laws).

Shipping to the UK

Free of charge. Your product will be dispatched to arrive in 1-2 working days.

Shipping outside of the UK

For a flat rate of £15.00, we will ship your order to any address in the rest of the world (subject to applicable export laws). The customer is responsible for payment of any import tariffs and duties.

How can I pay for my order?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local and international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PayPal
  • We do not accept offline payments

Please note that an additional exchange fee may be charged by your bank or card provider if your local currency is in other than GBP.

What is your returns policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Process

  1. Email us to request a return at returns@wendysboutique.co.uk
  2. We will send you a return shipping label for you to print
  3. Place this shipping label on the box and post it back to us at any Post Office branch
  4. We will check the item upon receipt and refund your original payment method

To start a return, please send us an email at returns@wendysboutique.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. That way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you receive your desired product is to return the item you have for a refund. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund too.

How do I place my order?

Simply add as many items as you wish to our shopping cart whilst browsing our store. Once you would like to proceed with the order, you can go to the cart and click 'Checkout'. Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select a payment method for the goods. Your item will then be dispatched to your address.
